Solution Architect
(Southeast Asia)

About the Role

Serve as the technical owner for strategic opportunities across Southeast Asia, translating business needs into scalable solution architectures and successful pre-sales outcomes.

What You'll Do

1. 01Lead the full pre-sales lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, as the technical owner.
2. 02Translate client business needs into scalable architecture designs and proposals. Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to C-level executives and technical teams.
3. 03Partner with business development managers to define go-to-market and bidding strategies for key accounts, while building long-term technical relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
4. 04Conduct regional market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and regulatory requirements. Consolidate client feedback and connect Southeast Asian customers with HQ Product and R&D teams to help shape the product roadmap.
5. 05Provide technical training and enablement for local partners, distributors, and system integrators. Ensure seamless handover to Delivery and Customer Success teams, with escalation support for critical go-live issues.

What We're Looking For

1. 01Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or IT consulting within enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, FinTech, or telecommunications.
2. 02Proven experience in system integration, API and SDK architecture design, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Solid understanding of cloud architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and of relevant security and compliance standards.
3. 03Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and technical writing skills, with a proven ability to navigate cross-cultural teams and manage multi-stakeholder expectations under pressure.
4. 04Fluent in English as the primary working language. Willing to travel across Southeast Asia, with approximately 20%-40% regional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 01Mandarin proficiency for close collaboration with HQ Product and R&D teams, or proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog.
2. 02Experience with eKYC or AML, payment gateways, AI-driven SaaS, or multinational and fast-growing technology companies.
